Typical home griller here (nothing fancy but more than solid at the basics) getting into smoking for fun, maybe more down the road.  Fairly good with rubs already and started tinkering with homemade BBQ sauces with very, very mixed results early on.  Just picked up an MES 30 after trying a propane fired smoker a few years back with disappointing results but first go with the MES (just a couple of pork chops) went well so looking to expand.
