New to the forum, I'm currently living in Colorado Springs. I've been smoking for many years now. My latest and the best smoker that I am currently using is my Pit barrel cooker, it's a vertical charcoal cooker that utilizes hooks to hang meats and a grill top for things like burgers, steaks and it even can get hot enough to do slices of bacon. I look forward to posting my creations soon.
