Greetings,

My name is Andy and I live in SE Iowa. I've made summer sausages and thuringer for 4 years now. I built my own smoker and will post photos this weekend. We'll have the smoker fired up this weekend working on more product :)

Right now I'm working on my first blackstrap molasses cured, smoked country ham. I appreciate the help offered in the chat room already. Thanks.
