hey,

Im steve and im pretty new to the smoking world. i recently purchased a bradley 4 rack electronic smoker. i also have a charbroil propane/charcoal grill. I live in conneticut and love grilling just about everything. im starting to get into smoking foods and already and loving it. so any and all advice would be greatly appreciated and welcome.
