Hi. Mark here from Jessup Pa. I am new to smoking. I just purchased a Masterbuilt 30" electric smoker. I smoked some chicken breasts over the weekend. They came out ok but I think I have alot to learn.

Hello to everyone.  I'm like Mark and just purchased a MES and smoked for the first time this weekend.  Tried pork butts and brisket.  Found this website searching for tips and traps. Pork could have gone longer and brisket could have come off sooner, but all in all a good first attempt.  This web stuff is a fantastic source of information.
