Just bought a Masterbuilt 140S and love this forum. really loved the 22 pages about the vent.....lol. I am a newbie with this but I built a couple of smokers from old refrigerators for my brother to smoke salmon in and I built a smoke shed based on an old one in Eastern Maine for the Downeast Salmon Federation. They use it for alewives mostly. Used to be many smoke sheds in the region but that is history.
