Hello all,

My name is Keith and Im a new member. I live in Mansfield, Texas. I just purchased a Old Country Wrangler. I decided to go with this smoker after reading it's reviews that I found on this site. I smoked ribs yesterday using the 1-2-3 method and it was awesome. Anyway its good to meet everyone.

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions

because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
