Hello, my name is Tom. I just started experimenting with smoking meat, looking to get advice and some tips on how to. I am from NY and just bought a Dynaglo offset vertical smoker. I like it but have some questions on it, Ill look in the forums first before I create any new threads. I started on a propane grill with a woodchip box and decided to enter the big leagues with an actual smoker. Its fun for me, adding wood and maintaining temp throughout the day. I enjoy the process, gives alittle more satisfaction that you didnt just set it and forget it for hours. Hope to get better at it and looking forward to this great cooking style.
