used to be on here a few years ago, but dang if i can remember the user info.. long ago used email and the like.. so here i am again.. about me.. had been in the food world for almost 18 years, did 7 years in the Navy as a Spy Radar tech, and now work for redbox and smoke foods for fun. used to do a lot of catering, but with costs ever growing and not wanting to "rip people off", i decided to back burner that (costs and 1099's...ouch). Have a contest a year for the last 4 years and have managed to walk with something 3 out of the 4. I built BoB about 4 years ago now.. Big ol stickburner that leaks like crazy. i had never welded or seen a big smoker up close. just lots of time on sites like this and lots of sketcing.. 3 days after we started, i cooked a butt. never looked back. now i have a couple UDS's out there and a BWS Gen2 Party ordered. Next will be a G2 Chubby for the KCBS stuff. going to try building the a new hog/shoulder cooker for MBN stuff. looking to build a trailer in the next year or so as well. Member of KCBS... all tattoo'd up.. got 2 daughters, 3 dogs, 2 cats, 2 fish, and a guinnea pig.. thats me...
