I have a new 150 Gallon offset smoker that i am having trouble balancing the heat across the cooking chamber.
the right side of the chamber stays on average 30 degrees hotter than the left side.
the information I can give is:
150 gallon propane tank 84" long - 24" diameter
Fire box insulated 24" diameter with inside diameter basically 23" deep and 18' Round
Throat from firebox into cooking chamber 10" diameter with diffuser flap
Stack is 6" pipe with collector

PLEASE - any help on how to balance temperatures to 5-10 degrees across pit ????

Thank You !!

Pic of pit
Been trying to run with stack wide open and door open just as need to raise or lower temp
