A co-worker just gave me a big bottle of Head Country original rub.

That was very nice of her. She knows I am big into BBQ.

Anyway, I have never heard of this rub. Anyone ever use it?

What did you think of it?

I am thinking of doing some St Louis ribs this weekend to try it out.

Any suggestions for use of this product would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Head country sauce won a local competition last year. Not sure about rub. Give it a try on some ribs

Yes I heard that they started out making BBQ sauce. Never heard of them. Was hoping someone on here would have tried it.

The company is based out of Oklahoma.

I’ve had his ribs using head country they were pretty good, but I believe original Jeff’s rub is better. Descent for a store rub.

Well, I guess I will have to give a report when I use it.

I am going to try it on chicken this weekend.

Maybe do a rack of ribs or 2 as well.
