Greetings all! Well, I have several big vac bags of frozen rib tips that I need to defrost and smoke. I save the tips and end pieces after I trim down the spares to St. Louis style. What is the best way to smoke em. Time? Temp? Any new techniques out there? Thinking about indirect on my Weber kettle instead of the stick burner.....Thanks
 
My group call them Trimmings. We treat them just like a rib and cook them indirect in our Weber low and slow. most of the time this is for snacking on while we do a long or over night cook.
