So I just ordered a new Dyna glo offset smoker not the wide body. I am wondering how it works. Some tips and any advice owners of it have for me. Thanks in advanced.

I think people use RTV high temp gasket stuff and some self adhesive high temp gasket tape to seal some stuff up while doing assembly.

There's a lengthy thread just dealing with Dyna Glo. Tons of info, likes , dislikes and remedy mods. Congrats
on new addition. Go to search bar> dyna glo> select the one with the most posts. Read up on sealing unit during assembly and installing door gasketing. Good luck.

So that thread was 3 days of reading but so much knowledge. Tanks for leading me the right way. Smoker will be here Monday and Wednesday will be first smoke a ham and turkey. Will post pics through out assembly, cure, and first smoke!

Okay so got everything done and had some temp issues. Took a little longer, but ham and turkey got done
