Hatch Chile Sausages: George Foreman ain't got nothin!

 This was knocking out the fat 

 

Picked up some special buy JV Hatch chile sausages and thought I'd experiment a little bit. Spun them up with OctoForks "OctoSkewers" and served them with sauteed onions, bells in pocket sammies with some siracha mustard.
