Hasn't even used it yet...already modifying it!

Just delivered yesterday...today he came home with a package of mahi-mahi (aka dolphin) and a sirloin rump roast, charcoal and a big bag of mesquite wood chips. Notice the toolbox to the right...thermometer installed...and putting decent handles on it, and other little things.

That's his pride and joy behind him, the propane grill...but the smoker is going to be getting a LOT of use, I can tell!

The mods will be well worth the effort. There's no substitute for a smoker that works the way you want it to. Adding some convieniences is a nice plus, too.
