Another long weekend here in Canada , and many tasty critters will be cooked up for the family get togethers
We are doing the regular roasted turkey and all the fixins.

If I can just find the turkey , lol

Turkey going in , in an hour . Just the 2 of us this year .
Don't know how to cook for just 2 . LOL

But that means extra turkey, stuffing and potatoes and gravy for me for a few days.
Than stew and dough boys...YES

Leftovers are something I enjoy from Thanksgiving! They taste good and you don't have to cook the next day or two!

Well it was your typical turkey supper for two
12 pound bird, tied him up so no burnt tips,
Big batch of stuffing, mashed and glazed carrots and onions, and some B+B pickles

very good , now can't wait until a big Turkey and stuffing sandwich later tonight

Thanks it was tasty for sure, I feel bad when I post meat that was not smoked ,
But Mona really wanted a reg meal of Turkey . Can't argue with that ( I am not always stupid )
