My Mom asked for anything pork and whatever I wanted. Two pork butts going on the smoker in a few hours and then some wicked beans. Also doing some cole slaw and potato salad. She's making apple pie.

Well, since all of the family is going to be at my Aunt's tomorrow, I decided to do some PP. I just got a 10# butt rubbed and tucked away for the night. I figure that I'll get it started around 5am and hopefully get it finished in the oven by dinner-time.
