I just threw some rub on some ST. Louis ribs going to give them a good smoke tomorrow in the Masterbuilt electric smoker so figured I share a pic. I am experimenting with a new store bought rub called Sweet rub of mine on one slab and famous dave's rib rub on the other slab since the wife loves that rub for some reason. Hope all are having a great holiday weekend and thanks to all who have served and are currently serving in our armed forces for your service. Cheers to you all!
