Well I got some early birthday money today (birthday is 13th) so I just finished ordering my AMNPS!  Can't wait to try it out on something.  Maybe this weekend I can get an enclosure rigged up for the UDS.

Thanks!  I'm anxious to try smoking some cheese for sure.

Farmer, I have been using mine in the door way of the garage past few times. Its at least out of the wind most of the time. A good wind break outside would be much better though..
