Jim, REAL happiness is a cold weather smoke with Applejack and Maple syrup. At least you're on the right track.

I lit the smoker at 7:45 this morning. I put a tray of 2 ounces of sea salt in it and will pull it at 4 PM.

Still new to all this, but I'm havin' a ball!

Having a Q-bana so I can smoke ant time SWBO gives me smoke money .  That could be now  in the Fall , Winter or next year

If it weren't for her having a big Family (which all of have had my BBQ) , I wouldn't smoke anything but Weenies
