Happiness is a full smoker (w/q-view)

Been a busy day for smoking. Loaded the GOSM up with a rack of spare ribs, some ABT's, a can-up-the-butt chicken and some how a couple fattys appeared in there as well

. The thin blue smoke is doing it's thing. Hope all my SMF family is having a great holiday! Here is the q-view of whats happening so far!

There's too much fat to be turkey bacon...

but TB is good on ABT's. I've tried both and prefer the TB over regular bacon...only on ABT's though
