Had the small end of a pork loin i did last night by request from the wife. Asked her what she wanted and she said pork loin sounds good so i didnt hesitate to fire up the drum. Nothing special but it was tasty for sure. Salt pepper and just a touch of store baught bbq rub. My intention was to pull it off at 140 IT. Just about that time the guy that farms the feild behind me pulld in and i chated with him for a bit. Needless to say i went over temp. Pulled at 151. Oh well. It still came out juicy as ever. And since she picked the main dish i decided on the side. Loaded tater tots it is. Frozen tots cooked then topped with nacho cheese, shreded cheader,bacon. Then back in to melt the cheese and lastly topped with pickled jalapenos, sour cream and green onion. I usually add some franks hot sauce but realized after the fact that we were all out. Any way here are a few pics.

It was a nice simple meal for a monday night.

Thanks! Got the idea from a local bar and grill. Its really tasty and you can also add leftovers to it like pulled pork or brisket.
