Hi,
I have an habenero plant that's about 2-3 feet tall. I will submit pics later. I just got to work.
Anyhow it is already getting little blossoms starting. Should I let them go or pluck them and wait until the plant is more mature. This is a really nice plant I started from a seed and dont want to screw it up.
Any advice would be really appreciated.
Best regards.

When I have grown Habanero in the past, I never touched it. I just let it go, because I wasn't aware that you were supposed to do anything with them except water them. Mine turned out fine.

I bought all my pepper plants this year . I was surprised at how small they were when they had actual peppers on them . Thought for sure it wouild never hold the weight . I left it alone , and have all ready harvested a bunch . My Habenero is loaded . Probably need to pic some today .

I personally have never done anything other than trim off dead leaves.

All my hab plants are doing great, one is already showing fruit and the others look like they will any day now. Time to start adding the coffee grinds.

Let it go! I never pull peppers or blossoms unless it’s a very small plant with “premature” fruit. You may want to stake it.

I had a lot of trouble getting habanero blossoms to produce peppers. Than I read something about they need humidity. I started spraying them with water and shaking plant and they started producing. I been making this salsa with them. Three peppers, 1/4 cup lime juice and 1/4 cup water. Salt to taste and blend. Pour over chopped onions. Spicy but cant stop eating it.

Got plenty of that . I was letting mine turn on the plant . Looks like you pick yours green ?
I probably should pic these today . I normally wait until it sets more buds , and just saw it's full with new ones .

Yeah green. That place in Mexico I got the recipe from uses green. Peppers left are small and starting to turn. Got a friend bringing me some from his garden to make those Garlic Honey Habanero pecans I make. About two more weeks and I will be shutting most garden down. These fabric bags and this heat are getting to them. Getting tired of constant watering.
