Trying out the BBQ guru on my big green egg for the first time. Got two racks of baby backs and a Boston butt. It's basically child's play to how easy it is. I overshot the initial temp but read in the forums that I had my dampers open too much. Ever since it's been holding 250. Just got through wrapping the Boston butt and waiting to rage my ribs out of the foil. Looking forward to the end product!
 
I can't remember the last time I went to sleep at midnight and woke up at 8 AM.  When you get older, mother nature tends to let you sleep about 2-4 hours before she wakes you up.

 Easy to keep track of a smoker! 
 
The Guru is the way to go. The Egg already holds temps extremely well, but it truly is set it and forget it now. Putting on some ribs tomorrow to fine tune
