Ground Venison Bacon Question

I don't use just one pan.  I just made some myself and used 8 x 8 square foil pans.  They came in a 3 pack and I did ten pounds.  I did use the plastic holder that came with them as it was the same as a pan so I had four 8 x 8 pans for ten pounds.  I liked using the smaller pans as I got more surface area for smoke absorption.

I used a pecan pie box and freezer paper, the pecan pie box produced bacon loafs just over 6lbs.
