Pork belly to grind with some 85/15 ground beef.
This should give me a tad over 5.5 lbs ready to make willies sticks.

Put on hold for a couple days due to some ER time for me.

Hope get mixed today or tomorrow.
 
Change in mixing.

No willies so going with #494 mild mix.

Grandson took the meat out of the garage fridge and it sat on the table in a warm garage all day.

From the table to the trash can it went.

Oh well

Guess I gotta put a sticky on the meat "Leave in fridge"
