This is tendon, ligaments, fatty membrane, fat, bloody veins and some bone slivers from trimming.
Not what I want in my grind......

Me either , but they charge 6 bucks a pound for that at the store . Lol .
 
Rick, Looking good, I'm in for the final product. I toss the stuff you showed off the back deck for the ravens or crows.

Ok now. All ground and back into fridge for weighing out into 1lb batches.

After the grind I run bread through to get all the remaining meat out and the auger and housing clean up better.

I store my grinder parts in rice, keeps moisture off em.
