its getting close for the first cookoff for the year down here in south Texas, so I figured I would go ahead and start getting the routine back with the cooking skills that I don't have. man that was some really good chicken. Had a buddy come over and give me his opinion and this was the first time he gave me his approval, and I know buddies always say this is great. He is pretty good at telling me ways to improve it. few things I figured out I need to work on, is the time of the cook and to go with that would be working on the temp. It cooked a little slower than I thought.
