So, this weekend we're grilling for about 30+ people for a homecoming tailgate. We'll have about 6 hours to cook. We used to do a whole hog, but numbers have dwindled a lot in the last 15 years. Want to do something unique, not just burgers and brats. We have a custom 500 gallon barrel grill with an electric rotisserie and a separate 55 gallon barrel grill all on a trailer rig. Thinking about maybe doing a suckling pig if I can get my hands on one. Any ideas? Thanks!
