Grilled Salmon Skin Crispys

Today did some Salmon Jerky which ended up with some yummy looking Salmon Skin pieces. Instead of tossing them, I opt'd to BBQ the skins.

Dang that looks good !!!   Got me drooling!!

Skin was always my favorite part of the fish, until they started saying the skin & the fat under the skin was the most toxic part.

Now you're making me want to go back to eating it. Too late to hurt me now, anyway.
