Giving the smoker a break and doing a loin on the grill tonight.  Gave this guy a light coating of mustard and a heavy shake of weber's chicago steak seasoning (I don't care for it on beef, but it works great on pork).

Got a little color on the fat side then up on top to cook over low heat over a little foil to catch the juices.

Added some thin sliced granny's and a little bacon to keep it moist, packed a few onions around to stew in the juices.  We'll see how it looks in an hour or so.

little over an hour and just about right, right at 155.

Rest for a bit, lost the sliced pic somewhere, but nice and juicy and good flavor.  Can't stay outta the onions and apple flavored bacon.
