The best roast you ever had. The cream of mushroom with roasted garlic really good. Cost more but worth it. I picked up some chuckies today.

Every other Chuck Eye I ever made was Tender, and wanted to fall apart on the Grill. This pair was not very tender, and didn't fall apart from where I had already cut them.

Looks good Bear. Especially those eggs and the fried taters are a great idea.
When I was a kid, we used to get Filet of Chuck steaks that looked like filet mignon, but way cheaper. Very tender. I've never seen Chuck Eye steaks, I wonder if that's the same or similar.

We really like Eye of Chuck steaks since trying them last year. Our local grocery runs them on sale occasionally. It's looks great as usual Bear and that Pineapple-Teriyaki marinate sounds like something I need to try!
