I made an offshoot of a dish a guy on tvwbb had done tonight. He made pepper chicken with celery and onions served with rice. this gave me inspiration to make it my own and I used a store bought stirfry sauce and added it to the veggies and diced meat and simmered them for about 15 mins after they came off the grill. I also marinated chicken for 2 hours in weber's sesame ginger marinade. It turned out pretty good heres some Qview
