Whattaya say fellas!  I am new to the forum, just joined today!  I live in Maryland, but my folks are from West Carolina (Lenoir County and Jones County to be exact).  I own the Char-Broil Professional grill with optional fire box. I make my own dry rubs and use a combo of wood and charcoal. I am happy to be here and I look forward to sharing my grilling with you guys!
