Just call me Greybeard.  I've been smok'n for about 3 years.  I have a Char Griller with a side fire box.  I am a wood turner and figured this would be a good way to use some of my cut-offs.  Pecan, Oak, Cherry and Hickory are my woods of choice.  pics too large to up load sorry
