Hello everyone. My name is Jef and I've been an avid BBQ'er for years. I have played with smoke boxes but this year I was pleasantly surprised with a nice gas smoker(Cajun Injector). This looks like a great forum and I plan to learn alot. Thanks for all the help I know i'll be needing and Receiving.
