New to the Q, decided this past summer that I was going to save my dad's chargriller smokin pro from the scrap yard, because he couldnt figure out how to make it cook anything that resembled good Q. So I started trolling a lot of forums and think I just about have it figured out. I have a few cooks under my belt on his smokin pro, and its working pretty good. Ive made a few butts that have been fantastic, 4 racks of ribs that need work, and a brisket that was tasty, but kind of dry.

Im looking forward to interacting with everyone here, learning a lot, and hopefully being able to pass along any tweaks and tricks I figure out along the way.
