Thanks for allowing me to join. I am an avid BBQ follower and enjoy eating smoked meats anytime and anywhere. During my business and personal travels,I always search out the BBQ places in every town or area I'm in. I have eaten at BBQ joints from east coast to Texas, Carolina's, Tennessee, Missouri, Ky, Oh, In, IL, Va, WV, Ok, Wy, and everywhere in between. Have eaten at the name brand BBQ chain restaurants and numerous Mom and Pop joints. I currently use for personal smoking, a Big Horn Pellet Smoker Grill, which I have found to provide me with less labor intensive attendance than the Charcoal/Wood smoker I used in past. Both have provide me with great tasting smoked meats, but I am hooked on the Pellet style smoker. Just set the temperature and fill the hopper and it keeps a steady temp all through the cooking range.

I live in Kentucky and enjoy good BBQ.

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum from a sunny and  kinda hot day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web.   Lots of great people with tons of information on just about everything.
