If you enjoy Cincinnati chili.

Been grilling off and on for years, tried my hand at low and slow a few times, and now looking to improve those skills with more practice and wisdom I pick up from others.

Grills: Char-griller Akorn & Q220
Smoker: Brinkman vertical modified to be electric

Found a Char-Broil patio bistro electric grill on the curb, gutted it for the heating element. With some ingenuity and a little Dremel and drill work and it is now ready to smoke some meat.
