Greetings from sunny, wet, Arizona!

New to smoking.  Ordered the WSM today!  Been researching for a few months and finally bit the bullet after having a pork butt at my cousins place last week.  Incredible! :)  I'll need plenty of tips on the WSM, so don't be shy!  I'm an avid Weber griller as well.  Probably grill out 2-3 times a week during the winter.  1-2 times a week during the hot summer.  

Married, 2 kids, (aged 7 years and 17 months) so most of my cooking won't be huge meals.  Thus, I ordered the WSM 18.5 for our needs.  Be here in 2 days, cannot wait!
