Hey all,

my names Steve and I just ran across SMF while looking up a recipe in my new Bradley. I've smoked a handful of different cuts so far but consider myself a new to smoking. Looking forward to a spending some time here learning to make great eats.

Welcome to the group Steve!  You've found a great place to learn and share ideas on smoking, grilling, curing, etc.  There are plenty of good people here who really know their stuff and genuinely enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input around here, and just ask when you need anything...someone will surely have the answer.
