Hello Smokers!

I'm new to the forum so I thought I'd throw down an intro.  As the title reads, I'm in Southern California where we hit 82 degrees on this fine January day!  Perfect day for a rack of beef ribs!

I smoke on a Rec Tec pellet grill and I love it.  Looking forward to geeking out about BBQ with everyone!
