Hello all,

My name is Matt and I come to you from small town southern Ontario. Well I wouldn't say I am particularly new at smoking meat and meat processing I am definitely new to this forum, as it wasn't until recently I stumbled upon SMF.

My current set up includes a MES 30 (should have got the 40) equipped with an AMNPS and with any luck I will be able to get some Qview posted in the next couple weeks.

Welcome neighbor...I worked in London Ontario a few times and spent many drunken nights at the bars in Windsor thanks to Canada's awesome drinking age (19). Seeing as how you say you have experience in meat processing, I may hit you up in the future for some tips. Take care.
