Morning Everyone. Been doing lots of searching and reading, Figured it was time to join and say "Hi".

I've been bit by the smoking bug. It started with a mailbox addition for an AMPS to my gas grill, progressed to a Big Poppa drum kit then I jumped into the deep end with a Yoder YS480. Loving the option of choosing the drum or the pellet smoker depending on my time availability and taste for the day.
