Hi, I'm Dan, aka The Jersey Devil.  I'm the owner of Jersey Devil Barbeque and head cook of Jersey Devil Pit Crew.  I also cook with Aporklypse Now from VA.  I've got a trailer with a Stumps Elite 5 and a Superior SS1. Also a Traeger out back.  I'm a member of KCBA, NBBQA and MABA.  I've been cooking in the backyard since I was old enough to light a grill (Thanks, Dad).  Been hooked on smoking for the past 3 years.  I consider myself a novice because I'm always learning.
