Hi All, Been lurking on here a bit and joined due to the fact that my wonderful woman bought me a new smoker for Christmas! Got it all put together and seasoned yesterday. My first endeavor will be to smoke some pheasant breasts that I have in the freezer after a North Dakota Hunting trip. The second will be on a bear roast that my friend and I got here in Montana last spring. (any recipes for this would be appreciated.) I just ordered some items to start making some sausage (sweet italian, jalapeno cheddar brats and regular brats) and hopefully they will be here this weekend. Great to be here and I am excited to start this journey.
