Hello my name is Jimmy and we are located in Waynesville, MO. Retired from the Army in 2007 after 22 years of service and continue to work for the Government as a DA Civilian. We started a small BBQ catering business at the beginning of the year but mostly for fun. We haven't really got too serious about it yet but have stayed as busy as we want to be. We have no intention of BBQing full time and would rather keep it as a hobby. Cooking on a Lang 84" deluxe which we have gotten great results from. Friday evening we will be putting a 100lb whole hog on the grill for a friends birthday party on Saturday. I look forward to checking out the forum. r/ Jimmy
