Beer Drinkin Dan here from Dearborn, MI.  I have been a huge fan of smoked meats in all of their manifestations, and current use a standard Brinkman smoker.  I have been making my own beef jerky and have several recipes that I sell online.  I am interested in adding smoked meats to my repertoire.
