Names zac I'm from buffalo new York in a volunteer fire fighter and a tow truck driver love smoked food so I'm trying to get into it I bought a 30 inch masterbuilt electric smoker with Bluetooth so far I have smoked brisket and 4 pork shoulders is love to chat with others who have the same smoker I have for some tips and pointers and problems a beginner would have with this model thanks guys !

I can't help with the masterbuilt, as I'm not familiar with it(I don't have one), but there are many members here who do. Offhand, look at any post by Bearcarver, he's like the Masterbuilt Guru.
