Hey there everybody,

I have really been taking my grilling skills to a new level, and for my birthday I just got a new smoker!  This is my very first smoker so I will be looking around for ideas and tips/tricks for smoking.

I live in Elyria, Ohio.

I am a web designer / developer that has a passion for delicious food.  I am very excited to add a smoker to my artillery.

I am looking forward to interacting with you all, and I will be sure to post some photos when I smoke my first smoke!  I am thinking of picking up some St. Louis Ribs this week.
